Solway View is located within Balmangan Farm, beside the sea. The region, Dumfries & Galloway in southwest Scotland, is full of stunning scenery and great for touring. This site has pitches for tents, touring caravans and motorhomes as well as camping pods for hire.

The camping and touring pitches are spacious and there are grass or hardstanding pitches across three areas. Some pitches have an added bonus of a sea view. Every pitch has its own picnic bench and firepit. There are also pitches with 16 amp electric hook-up. There are two camper’s kitchen areas, bike storage and a laundry.

The camping pods all enjoy a sea view and offer a relaxed glamping experience. They have their own kitchenette, ensuite WC and comfy beds.

Children have room to play and there is a designated play area near to the main camping field. Additional activities to suit all ages are the 9-hole disc golf course, woodland/farm walks and access to nearby cycle routes. The site is also beside a secluded bay and a short drive from larger beaches and the picturesque town of Kirkcudbright. Pets are welcome and can enjoy the dog exercise area.
