A traditional warm Devon welcome awaits you at Parkland, a premier AA Five Star Platinum, adult only touring, camping and glamping site. Open all year, the site is set within three acres of mature landscaped grounds backed by Devon hedgerows, abundant with wildlife.

Parkland offers a range of pitch types - Standard grass or gravel, premier pitches with ensuite washroom and deluxe extra large pitches with private facilities - a selection of options for motorhomes, caravans, camper vans and tents. All pitches are fully serviced with electric hook-up, mains water tap and grey drainage along with your own picnic bench. For something a little different Parkland also offers a range of glamping options including cosy pods, cabins and a shepherd's hut.

The site features high quality modern amenities, including individual 'hotel style' washrooms with large showers or baths and accessible facilities. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated vanity room and hair drying room, a coin operated laundry, indoor dishwashing and complimentary dishwashers as well as a campers kitchen.

The comfortable guest lounge provides sofas, a dining area, TV, work station along with complimentary tea & coffee. The licensed shop offers a range of produce including Devon ciders and beers, dairy products, local bakery items, and of course everyday essentials.

Set within the South Devon National Landscape, Parkland is perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area. Discover the nearby market town of Kingsbridge, the historic towns of Dartmouth and Totnes and of course the popular coastal resort of Salcombe. Ramble along the spectacular South West coast path, enjoy breathtaking coastal views and the beautiful beaches of Bantham, Thurlestone, Hope Cove and South Sands. The area also offers wide variety of attractions, activities and water-sports along with excellent village pubs, small cafes and fine dining restaurants showcasing seasonal and local produce.

For guests wishing to explore without driving, a bus stop is located directly at the site entrance, with an hourly service to Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Totnes and Dartmouth, with connections in Kingsbridge to Torcross or Plymouth.
