Ross Park is one of Devon's most attractive, family-run campsites, providing an excellent range of facilities whilst retaining a friendly and tranquil atmosphere, and service with a personal touch to help you enjoy your stay.
At Ross Park each pitch is individually landscaped, and you’ll find magnificent floral displays throughout. The campsite’s location, nestled in the Devon countryside, is the perfect base for exploring both the wide-open space of Dartmoor and the long sandy beaches and attractions of the English Riviera.
Many pitches enjoy spectacular views of Dartmoor, including Haytor and the surrounding countryside. Proud to be dog friendly, the campsite has a fabulous leisure field area where dogs can enjoy some time off the lead exploring. Afterwards owners are welcome to use the dog shower (with hot water) and dryer.
The amenities block is fully tiled and centrally heated with free hot water to all showers and sinks and includes baby changing and disabled facilities. There is an additional toilet block and a dishwashing room. In the launderette there are four washing machines and three tumble-dryers, facilities for handwashing, a clothes horse and free ironing facilities.
A large undercover area offers two table tennis tables (bats & balls can be hired at reception), Connect Four wall game and Skittle Alley for kids and adults to enjoy. There is also an adult-only snooker room. There is a very well-stocked village Spar shop at the end of the road and gas is available to buy from reception.
On site you can enjoy:
- Stunning views
- Dog exercise field and dog shower
- Centrally heated toilet and shower blocks
- Facilities for the disabled
- A launderette and dishwashing
- Undercover games room
- Adult-only snooker room
- Fully serviced pitches
- Motorhome service point
