Brand new Asian restaurant for Pentewan Sands, Cornwall

Adding to the already-long list of leisure options at award-winning Pentewan Sands Holiday Park, a new restaurant and bar is opening.

An infusion of cultures, Stingi's Restaurant and Bar offers Cornish produce mixed with Asian flavours. You can watch the waves crash on beach through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows while enjoying a delicious menu.

Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from noon, the lunch menu is inspired by the Cantonese 'Yum Cha' brunch, featuring a selection of small plates. In the evening the a-la-carte menu combines dishes inspired by Tokyo, Thailand, Singapore and more.

Ingredients are sourced locally - vegetables grown in Cornish soil, meat farmed in the local fields, fish caught just off the bay - and then are reimagined through an Asian lens.

The cocktail bar completes the five-star experience with spirits from across the globe and exclusive cocktails created by the Stingi's team.
