15/01/2026
Over the years, Harford Bridge Park has celebrated plenty of awards, including for its high-quality facilities and its eco-friendly initiatives. Now, the Devonshire touring park has been awarded Silver for Best Camping and Touring Site in the Devon Tourism Awards.
In an awards ceremony hosted at Sandy Park, Exeter, the Harford Bridge Park team collected the award, which builds on previous success in this category. The campsite won Silver in 2019, Bronze in 2020 and Gold in 2022.
Independently judged, the Visit Devon Awards are designed to highlight tourism businesses that consistently deliver quality and adapt to changing visitor expectations. Harford Bridge’s success reflects ongoing investment in the park, attention to guest feedback, and a focus on providing relaxed, memorable stays in a Devon countryside setting.
Based in an enviable position in west Devon, with easy access to both the north and south coasts, Harford Bridge Park is ideal for exploring both Devon and Cornwall. With a variety of grass and hardstanding pitches, and some superb facilities that includes tennis courts, table tennis, a dog-walking field, and much more, it's easy to see why Harford Bridge Park is such a popular campsite.
2025 is also a milestone year for Harford Bridge, marking 40 years of ownership by the Williamson family. The business continues to be family-run, with third-generation member Hermione stepping into a directorship role in 2025 alongside the second generation. This transition brings continuity as well as fresh ideas, supporting the park’s plans for the future while building on four decades of family involvement.
