New bar for Premier Park on Wales/Shropshire border

A new welcoming bar with outdoor terrace has recently opened at Foxtail Holiday Park near Chirk, on the Wales/Shropshire border.

The bar not only provides campsite guests with somewhere to enjoy a drink just a short walk from their pitch, but also serves as a great social space and somewhere to head to if the weather should be less than favourable. There is also outdoor seating for those sunny days and warmer evenings.

Open at various times throughout the season, and serving just liquid lunches at the time of writing, it is planned for there to be an additional kitchen area in order to serve food from the end of August.

Foxtail Holiday Park is a short walk from the Llangollen Canal, with the towns of Oswestry, Chirk and Wrexham within easy reach - either by bus or by car. The town of Chirk is home to an historic castle and aqueduct - the latter being part of the larger World Heritage Site of Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Canal.
