Regional tourism award for Cornwall Premier Park

On the evening of 23 November, owners and representatives of Cornwall's top tourism and accommodation providers gathered at Truro Cathedral for the 22nd annual Cornwall Tourism Awards.

64 awards were presented in total, covering everything from accommodation and attractions to food and drink and activities. 

Taking Gold in the Camping & Caravanning Park of the Year 2023/2024 was Gwinear Camping and Fishing, near Newquay.

Winners in most categories will now be considered for the South West Tourism Excellence Awards which will be presented at Exeter University in March 2024. They may also possibly be invited to represent Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly in the 2024 national VisitEngland Awards.
